Specified int types for remaining packed structs
Instead of manually decoding File & ExtFile structs, decode an extern struct first
Fixed some zstd issues

Remove DecompMgr in favor of a much simpler fn ptr.

Moved more functionality to Inode instead of File.
Started doing some optimization around allocation.
